"As a thirty-something mom of two kids, I was having a hard time finding the time and motivation to exercise. I was a tennis player and runner but needed something to build strength and tone. I have horrible knees, one of which I have had multiple surgeries on, so it was very important to keep my legs strong so I could continue running and playing tennis. "I met Camille in 1996. We worked at the Newport Workout (Newport Beach, CA) together as Personal Trainers. She was full time and I was part time. I was an athlete at the time. I did triathlons, running races, and road races on my bike. I would hire Camille once a week to perform "Shulman Therapy" on me. This is a deep tissue release type of therapy. If you've never had Shulman Therapy, I highly recommend it! It reduces muscles soreness, aches and pains, fixes pulled or tense muscles, and puts your body back into balance. Camille is not a very big person, but she was able to get deep into my muscle tissue. This was critical to my racing career and I thank Camille for helping me stay healthy during that time. If Camille were here close to me, you bet she would be working on me with the Shulman Therapy to keep me balanced and healthy!
In 2000, I learned Camille was an ocean swimmer. I hired her to teach me how to swim in the ocean. She put on her wetsuit, lifeguard buoy and took me out through the big waves and taught me ocean safety, swim technique, and long distance ocean swimming. After several sessions with Camille, my swim times decreased, allowing me to win several triathlons. Thank you Camille for all you did for me during my racing career!
Camille is a well-balanced, stable, down to earth, incredibly smart human being. I have never seen her angry. I am sure she gets angry, but she doesn't show it. For a tiny person, she is very strong. She has always kept up to date on the latest in personal training, staying healthy and workouts. She is very reliable and never missed or cancelled a session with me."
